seriously.. it’s about time i took a few minutes to update. where the heck i should start i have no idea. maybe i should go backwards since i remember the most recent shit first.
so first of all, hampshire’s new web site finally went live yesterday. thanks to lots of hard work on my part, as well as tons of other awesome people at the college, it’s finally there and looking pretty spiffy. there are still quite a few bugs to sort out and some content that hasn’t quite made it over yet, but overall the whole thing went pretty smoothly. i’ve still got lots of tough work ahead of me with the new cms we’re using, but i’m just glad the initial first big step deadline is done and over with. last night i hit up the moan and dove with the other beerleague folks to celebrate with a few beers. my coworker, renee, joined us for a bit to celebrate too.
in super sad news.. someone i knew committed suicide a few days ago. he was not somebody that i was close to, but he was a close friend of some friends of mine. even still, it troubles and saddens me to know that he was hurting that much and i feel for those he left behind. 8(
actually, i think that’s about enough for me this evening. i’ll be back soon. maybe.

Great Job Sarita!!! Lots of hard work and I’ve heard nice compliments on the site :-) Can’t wait until you get to teach me RedDot :-) in the Fall 08
